Visiting in December made it even more magical, with festive decorations wrapping the hotel in a warm, welcoming glow. Every corner felt elegant, enchanting, and full of seasonal charm.

Breakfast at Brown’s Hotel is served in The Drawing Room, and this is where the magic truly happens.
The menu offers a signature breakfast experience that delights at every turn. From Adam’s brûlée porridge (deeply comforting and delicately caramelised) to Brown’s granola, perfectly balanced and fresh, each dish is thoughtfully prepared.
The three-egg omelette with caviar is pure indulgence, while the crumpet topped with white crab feels both generous and unforgettable. Breakfast here is not just a meal, it’s a refined experience.
