A Chocolate Museum in London!

Chocolates are good to taste and devour any time of the year, aren’t they? If you are passionate about eating them, even making them, as well as discovering the history of chocolate and its development around the world, head to Brixton (south of London): there is a museum you HAVE to visit!

The Design Museum has reopened!

The Design Museum, originally located by the River Thames near Tower Bridge, reopened last November on High Street Kensington. It was founded in 1989 by Sir Terence Conran (the famous designer and founder of Habitat and then the Conran Shop). The Design Museum worked with the John Pawson’s team on the museum’s interior fit-out to turn it into a 21st century’s landmark. I was quite excited a few weeks ago to see the new creation of Sir Conran. And you’ll see it’s worth the visit!

A day at the Imperial War Museum

I must say I am not particularly attracted by museums related to wartime. But after wandering in the Imperial War Museum for a few hours without noticing the time, I was forced to admit I enjoyed visiting this museum. And once again, this museum offers free admission, therefore you have no excuse avoiding it…
